    The Bay's Response to Target

    Response to New Competition in the Retail Market

    • Will introduce new "three-tiered" rewards program in February 2013, rewarding customers for using an HBC credit card, as well as by number of visits (HBC Pressroom)
    • Introducing new "cheap-chic" retailer sections within flagship stores, including TopShop and Kleinfeld Bridal (Globe and Mail)
