    University of Toronto Open Letter

    The following open letter has been written to City Councillors to explain concerns in regards to the proposed development of the Toronto Port Lands. The letter points to a number of flaws in the plan as percieved by the writers and 150 researchers, planners, designers, engineers, and others.
